By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms.

- Payment must be upfront before I begin the commission.- All prices listed are base prices.- It will usually take me 1-2 months to complete a commission. However, I will discuss a deadline with you beforehand because I may have to extend it due to the complexity of the commission, personal situations, etc. I may provide a complete commission before the turn around time.- If you wish to have me complete a commission within a deadline, there will be a rush fee.- No refunds will be issued unless I fail to complete a commission within a discussed timeframe. I will refund the payment based on the level of progress made in the commission. Commissions may be cancelled before any payments are made.- Changes will only be permitted during the sketch stage. If you wish to make changes after this, it will cost you extra. Additionally, you have a maximum of 5 changes to the sketch before there will be additional charges. The only changes that will be permitted after the sketch stage is color changes during the time when I am laying down the flat colors. The only changes that will be permitted outside of the sketch and flat color stage is if I miss a key feature of your character, which will be added accordingly (you will not be allowed to do this if you did not provide a character reference).- Commissions are for personal use only. You are permitted to use your received commission as a profile picture or banner (with credit), but you must never put your received commission up for sale.- If you wish to use my commissions for commercial use, please let me know beforehand. Commercial commissions are +50%-100% of the agreed price.- NDA (privacy fee) is +£25.- I, boopdoesart, own all rights to any and all commissioned work.- I am allowed to use any commissioned work to promote/advertise myself, add to my portfolio, and use as examples to showcase previous commissions.- Do not enter my work into any A.I. software or resell as NFTs, this is strictly prohibited. Additionally, I refuse to use A.I. in my drawing process.- You are not allowed to trace, copy, edit, sell or claim my artwork as your own and not credit me.- Fanart commissions may be used by me to produce merchandise and prints.- Prices are not to be negotiated to make them any lower unless I say there will be a discount. All prices provided are base prices and may increase depending on complexity.- I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.- Once a commission has been completed, I will email you a full resolution watermarked .png file of the work and a watermarked .jpeg file for posting. You may post my commission as long as there is credit to any of my social medias. Under no circumstances shall my watermark be removed from any commissioned work.- There will be additional fees if you fail to provide any references for your commission.- Regular updates will be provided in a timely manner unless there are delays. If this is the case, the client will be informed as soon as possible.- If the client becomes unresponsive for longer than 3 weeks, the commission will be considered cancelled and refunds will not be applicable.
